A costume/movement/music improvisation with musician Esbjörn Wettermark, inspired by Sally’s current research in somatic movement and costume. Hat costume designed by Sandra Arroniz Lacunza. Made possible through a research grant from the Rebecca Skelton Fund.
Past venues included: Middlesex University, BAC (presented as part of ‘Freshly Scratched’ Oct 2011), Coventry University (Dance & Somatic Practices Conference / Coventry / July 2011), Siobhan Davies Dance Studios (Stranger Than Fiction Improvisation Platform / London / May 2011), The Centre for Creative Collaboration (Participatory Research & Learning in the Performing Arts – Symposium / London / May 2011). The Siobhan Davies Dance Studios performance included the following performers: Lachlan Blackley, Satya Dunning, Kate Pyper, Melody Shantala Sacco and Beth Wood. Costumes by Sandra Arroniz Lacunza. The Coventry University and Centre for Creative Collaboration performances included audience participating in and wearing the costumes.
